Hi, stunning babes! OMG! What a month this has been, absolutely filled with stuff I am ever so grateful for and an unforgettable trip to Singapore.

Singapore is absolutely my kind of city. It is clean. Really, really clean. I was surprised to not see it listed as #1 on the list of ‘top cleanest cities.’ I can assure you that as someone that has been to what is listed as the top three cleanest cities in the world, none of those compare to Singapore! Aside from being clean to a fault, it is modern, very futuristic and very much ahead of any city I’ve ever been to. It has plenty of Michelin rated restaurants for one to walk in dressed up head to toe, and some of the most beautiful and drool worthy (and Instagram worthy) cocktail places in the world! The city is full of wealth! You can feel it as soon as you walk out of the plane and step foot in the airport! Don’t even get me started on their airport, it is ridiculously gorgeous and high tech!

Gosh, both my partner and I loved it so much that we want to live there! In the plans ;)!

Singapore for us is one of those places we can’t wait to return to. I can only imagine the work I would be doing with the beautiful Singaporean women. They sure put an effort in how they present themselves, Lavish style was everywhere! I couldn’t walk past a woman without not so secretly checking out her outfit!

It is the #1 most expensive city in the world, and that title is well deserved. I’ve fortunately also had the chance to travel to more than half of the cities that are on the ‘most expensive’ list, Singapore is by far the priciest of them all. Think of lunch sans cocktails costing about 50-60 for two people. We got some ramen at one of the food courts in the mall and it came to $18 Canadian a bowl, but, again, regardless of the hefty prices, we loved it.

Imma be honest, I am high maintenance AF when it comes to where we stay. Is it central? Is it decorated in a way that it represents who I am? Because believe it or not, I have sure been in some 5 start hotels in my life that are nice, but not my vibe, so staying somewhere that represents who I am and feeling at home, is very important to me. Fortunately, my partner is the same way so no arguments ever happen about I want to stay here and you stay there. And, mot importantly when we choose a place to stay. DOES IT HAVE BUFFET STYLE BREAKFAST INCLUDED?! Yes! That part is so important that I had to yell it out! You don’t want to talk to sista until she’s had food in her!

The first two nights we stayed at the Tanglin Club. It’s a Social Club about 1 street up from the hustling and bustling Orchard St. It was a fabulous stay at a gorgeous club with lots of character and over 100 years old. The other two nights we stayed at the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites on Beach Rd, also a fabulous place and roomy enough for us to live there (this is me putting my thoughts out to the universe one sentence at a time)!

When it comes to getting all the touristy stuff done, we got almost everything out of the way. The only thing we didn’t get to do was the Future World exhibition at the Art & Science museum (highly recommended). The reason why we didn’t check this off the list is because the most beautiful and important installation, Crystal World, IS under maintenance until September. And heck! That is the reason why I wanted to go! But, that’s a good reason to go back … and I can not wait for it to happen (hear that, Universe? I’m on it)!

Have you been to Singapore? If not, we can’t recommend it enough, we both loved it and have nothing but great things to say about it.
